SGD 88,000,000

yes, do not rub your eyes... it's sold at whopping 88 million dollars.

I wonder do the owners of the new house want a god-daughter or god-grandaughter or god-son ( I can go for sex change)

Well that's all folks! The 5 most expensive houses in Singapore. If you wish to see the rest of the 20 houses maybe you are one of the owner of the houses that is in the top 25, get this magazine that has Kenny Yap's face on it.

If your house is featured, you have a topic to talk about during chinese new year. You should be able to evade all the "when are you getting married? when are you going to have your first kid? or "OMG when are you ever going to find your girlfriend/boyfriend?" questions if you happen to be single or childless... ha!

I am going to lie down and fantasize about striking toto 88 times...

Beware of madman in Chinatown - People's Park Centre

Girls out there!

Please watch out for this madman lurking ard chinatown. He is in his late 30's or maybe early 40's rather scrawny and he is a local.

I was at people's park centre shopping for clothes for my mum and some goodies and stuff and I ran outta cash so i headed to this OCBC atm right at the 1st level of People's Park Centre food hawker to withdraw money. The moment i took my card this weird man just came up soooo close to me.. talking to me in mandarin " Miss , Miss can you give me some money? $2? just $2?" Man , i was so totally freaked out ok?!!??

I was keeping my card in my wallet and my hands loaded with bags, the Chinatown Madman ( ok i am going to call him CMM for convenience's sake) actually grabbed one of my bags and started begging the other women ard me who were there withdrawing money suddenly disappeared! I just shook my head , at the back of my mind i was like "Hell u beta dont grab my money and run away cuz i cant run after you with all my barang barang" There was this guy in red jersey sorta realised what has happened and kept a watchful eye which i pray that he'll come to my aid if anything happens ( well i think he shd be keeping a watchful eye beta not be like the Kaypoh "stare and do nothing" typics)

When the money was dispensed i grabbed the money and i wanted to take off. And GUESS WHAT?! CMM didnt give up. He actually grabbed my wrist and begged me for more money. I was cheesed off. He's healthy and able-bodied and he is begging like nobody's business! Then guess wat he said when he saw the money. "Oh u dont have small change then gimme $10!!" I went "huh" I walked off shaking my head. I thought he left (CMM created quite a spectacle cuz of his begging at the atm and ALOT of people were staring us)

AND he started calling me Jie Jie (mandarin for Big Sister) "Oh u dont like me to call u Miss ah i call u jie jie lar" Can u imagine at 40 year old man begging me an calling me Jie Jie, Jie Jie wherever he goes... And puh-lease he followed me wherever i go, begging me" Jie Jie gimme some money." Oh gosh!!!

After a while it went quiet I tot he has left but he didnt!!! He just kept following behind me... Ok, THAT really freaked me out. I made a U-turn head he followed and this time he pulled my bag begging for money!!
I walked past the red jersey guy (he's still there... amazed! duno if he was waiting for somebody or just being a spectator) That madman's begging got even louder!!!!

SO i mustered my voice and shouted (yah i shouted so i cld brave myself a lil) "MEI YOU!!"

Bad move.. He stood there.. Staring .. nope shd be GLARING at me... i took the chance to call my bf who was supposed to be picking me up.. i was rattling off the phone which i bet he cldnt understand a single word. Cant imagine if the CMM gets pissed and start running after me .. and i am dead i dont think anyone wld really help. Sigh..

So to all the girls out there who wants to go Chinatown and shop alone be careful of this guy.. esp when you're drawing money... And my bf was right i am abit slow i cld hv just shouted "MOLeST!" and that'll solve everything.. So if any of you girls out there encounter this, just shout!!
